Pool Rentals
Coulwood Swim Club has a private, gated party space that is available for party rentals for pool members. The following time slots are available for rentals during the pool season:
Saturdays 2 – 4 p.m. (set-up beginning at 1:30)
Sundays 2 – 4 p.m. (set-up beginning at 1:30)
Rentals include:

Exclusive access to the gated party space and use of the picnic tables located within

Access to designated refrigerator (located inside the concession stand)

15 guest passes for non-member party attendees. Members of Coulwood Swim Club do not count towards the guest passes.

Attendant on-site during entire rental period to assist with set-up, clean-up, waiver signatures and other needs.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your event you will be fully refunded.
If you cancel 2-4 weeks before your event you will be given 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your event you will not be refunded your rental fee.
To rent the party space at the pool please complete the Pool Rental Request Form. After your date has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to make your payment and link to the rental agreement. The date for your party is not considered confirmed until both the rental agreement and the rental payment have been completed.
