Pool Party Rentals include 2hr exclusive access to the fenced party area, 10 guest passes, 10 vouchers to the concession stand, 3 pinic tables, and 2 - 4ft tables. Extra chairs and tables available if requested.

Below are rental time slots available for rent:

• 10:00 - 12:00pm

• 2:00 - 4:00pm

• 5:00 - 7:00pm

Rental Fees: (Must be a Coulwood Pool Member to Rent) 

• $ 200.00 for Rental

• Payment required at booking

• Additional guest passes can be purchased for $10​

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 7 days before your event your will be given 100% refund

• If you cancel less than 7 day before your event you will be refunded 50% refund

Inclement Weather Policy:

• In the event of pool closing on the day of your rental, you can receive a refund or rebook at another date.
