The Coulwood Pool is a prefect place to host your next party! Pool Rentals include exclusive access to the fenced party area, 15 guest passes, 3 picnic tables, and 2 - 4ft tables. Extra chairs and tables available if requested. ​
 

Rental Hours:​

• 10:00am to 7:00pm
   

Rental Fees: (Must be a Coulwood Pool Member) 

• $ 300.00 for Rental

• Payment required at booking

• Additional guest passes can be purchased for $10​ per guest. Please note: Guest passes can be purchased through your Member Splash portal. There is a discounted rate online (5 passes for $40). Guest passes cannot be purchased at the pool tablet, but all guests will need to be signed in and complete waivers at the kiosk.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 7 days before your event your will be given 100% refund

• If you cancel less than 7 day before your event you will be refunded 50% refund

Inclement Weather Policy:

• In the event of pool closing on the day of your rental, you can receive a refund or rebook at another date.
