About Coulwood

Comprised of nearly 1,400 homes and nestled in the Northwest corner of Charlotte, NC is Coulwood Hills. It's our little slice of home town in the big city. Large lots, friendly neighbors and convenient location make it the perfect spot for your forever home. You can't beat the gorgeous sunsets, great walking and tall shady trees throughout the neighborhood. We are an HOA free neighborhood but have a pool and clubhouse.

 

We hope every Coulwood resident will be a member by donating $10/month or $100 annually.
