Our Community Pool
Coulwood
Swim Club is a community swimming pool offering private membership to residents
of all Coulwood-area communities. Established in 1962, the 25-meter, 6
lane pool features a 9-feet deep diving area with two boards, a reserved lap
lane for workouts, a large wading pool for young toddlers under parent or
guardian supervision, showers and locker rooms, concessions, and
ample parking. Operating on a summer schedule, from Memorial Day weekend
to Labor Day, the Club is staffed with full-time professional management and
skilled, certified lifeguards.
Our Swim Team (The Barracudas) is
for Children Ages 5 - 18.
Our Community Pool is Available for Rent After
Operating Hours!
Rental fees are:
- $ 125.00 for Coulwood Council
Members - (Become a Member Here!)
- $ 250.00 for Non-Members
- Additional Lifeguard Fee based on number in party.
A $100.00 deposit is
required and will be refunded if the pool is left very clean and trash in bags in outside trash container.
Pool Rental Process
Step 1. Check the
calendar or call (Arlene Smith - 704-398-9500 or
704-806-3529- or e-mail
jswife90@yahoo.com) to check current availability.
Step 2. Complete
the Reservation Request Form
and return it to Arlene.
Step 3. Complete
the Lifeguard
Request Form and return to Pool Manager Jon Small (704.200.7266 - jsmall7180@gmail.com).
Step 4. Mail
two checks to
confirm reservation (non-refundable - rental) and (refundable - deposit):

Step 5. Arlene will call to confirm the
reservation.
Step 6. On the day of rental, complete
the Rental Agreement
and return to Arlene. Pay Pool Manager Lifeguard Fee.
